During more than 25 years, I gained profound knowledge through leading management positions in various high tech and high performing companies evolving solid industrial expertise with a strong strategic and operational sense.

Born in Stuttgart, I studied mechanical engineering with a focus on business administration at the University of Stuttgart and worked at the Fraunhofer Institute for Manufacturing Engineering and Automation (IPA).

The existing knowledge was deepened and practical experience gained. The focus was on optimizing material flows and automation in different areas of industry as well as redesigning business processes. The doctorate also marked the end of the activities at the IPA.

Brazil was for many years the country of choice and brought me into contact with various areas of the automotive supply industry. The functions ranged from the implementation of automation solutions to the successful introduction of continuous improvement processes in productive and administrative areas to the overall responsibility of companies.

Coming back to Germany I successfully created a new business area and supported the Company to overcome various challenges. The link between Brazil and Germany was maintained and showed respective results.
